Q 2: Do you have any certificates for power bank?
A: All our power banks are CE/RoHS/FCC/MSDS/UN38.3 approved, and all our batteries with UL certificates.
 
Q 3: What is the leading time?
A: Sample time 1-3days,mass production 4-7days for order less than 1000pcs
 
Q 4: Can we put our logo on power bank? If yes ,what you need from us?
A : Yes, we can achieve it by silk screen, laser etching ,full color printing and etc. Need your logo Ai Format or EPS. High definition logo file will help our artwork team to make the beautiful 3D renderings for you.
 
Q 5: Could you offer the dummy sample even pre-production sample before I place the order?
 A :Yes, both could be offered for confirmation.
 
Q 6: If I do not like the color, could I change the color ?
 A:Yes,most of our products we have standard colors like green, red, black etc,  if all colors could not meet your deeds, we could customized by your PMS. The MOQ is 100pcs.
 
Q 7: How to order custom power bank from you?
 A:
1. Please tell us your idea or send us a sketch, picture or simply a rough drawing.
2. 3D renderings will be made by our professional artwork team.
3. Mold will be set up for you.
4. Sample finished and picture will be sent for your approval.
5. Starting mass production, then pack and delivery to you.
 
Q 8: How should I pay for you if I place order to you?
A : Usually, the Payment terms Paypal, T/T, West Union could be accepted. 30%deposit in advance,70% paid before the shipment.
 
Q 9: Have you any successful case for opening mould or bespoke products for your clients?
A:Yes,we ever or now open the new mould with metal, ABS and PVC.
